I'm sure you'll agree that there's no real chance of the BNP ever forming a government. The value of voting for this kind of fringe party is the effect it has on the policy of the major parties. If enough people vote BNP, either the Tories or Labour are bound to slightly ammend their policies in order to reclaim the lost vote. If people want tougher immigration law for example, then the BNP is probably a good way to vote, even if you don't agree with their rhetoric.
