I´ve seen some of the originals and I liked them. As for the newer ones, I´m more of a Babylon 5 guy.

I agree, except I don't consider B5 to be a series; rather a 180-hour-long movie.

But my first love is Firefly.

That´s why I liked it. Too bad it ended. B5 is still my #1 series.

agreed with the firefly thing, i love the series and the movie. got the series dvd set, my only wish was cast comentries for every episode. same with the movie. the commentry by nathon fillion and joss whedon to the pilot episodes is especialy good and funny.

Great series and my favorite science fiction series to date.
G'Kar and Londo are some of the most endeering characters ever to grace the small screen.

For those wishing a confrontation between Babylon 5 and ST I recomned this Finnish fan made film : Star Wreck in The Pirkinning.
Absolutely top notch production quality, and great sense of humour.
You can download it freely and legally here : http://www.starwreck.com/

As far as games go, the 25th Aniversary and "Judgement Rites" were pretty decent. If anyone hasn't played them, you 'ought to give a look at them. They might be difficult to get running with full sound -- I haven't tried running them lately, even though I have the disk images saved back onto DVDR.

They are both "original series" games, and like I was saying, have some good parts to them.
