P.S. This SH 4 did work on this Computer When I first got It. and I'm assuming the new Windows 10 change to this Computer and Automatic Updates which I have recently blocked may have affected It.

if you browse to the folder in which SH4.exe resides, rt click on that file, select Properties, then look at the compatibility tab and post what the current settings are. a screen print will work just fine.

and...just for grins, can you post what is in the security tab? this will list the users as well as the permissions.

something is wonky so we have to go back to the fundamentals.
