Some skin to show
Hi all:
This is suppose to be a continuation of my thread on "skins interested" and somehow I tried to reskin a Typ 2A_Hull sub on targa file 1024px. I dont know how to make it work to see how it goes, so if someone whose kind enough to let it work and provide a screenshot here would be much appreciated by me. This below is the image file.. https://ibb.co/G7H1s4d |

Not bad. Unfortunately, this texture is not used very much in mine U-Boat.
You obviously need this program too. https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...3&postcount=34

Its that part I never thought would be the only reskin portion. The whole sub body could be somewhere else on those inclusive files right? I was expecting a map that includes all parts as a whole but anyway it means more of it to know by me and its kinda deeper formats and operation to be familiar with. Im not sure if 3D program is required here. Anyway is there a program to make targa file return to DAT file? Even with that portion reskinned Im interested to see the result. BTW big thanks and appreciated by the program link. |

That's an interesting preview to me and the rough rusting surface really did multiply and a bit editing would make it fine like its still operational and also some texture cut offs on rust to make it flawless. I read the skinning tutorial on PDF and the link I was looking for [Chessmaster]is pointing to Ubisoft Official site but no sign of the program. I cant revert the targa file to Dat if my understanding is right based on the authors direction. If the source is deleted may i know why because I like to finalize my skin.. thanks a million for the one who has that to share..

You can start your career in 1939 in the 1st Flotilla or use any solo mission for tests.

I really like the rusted texture. I wonder is it possible to add it to TKSS U boat compilation skins?
