Japanese sub mods for S4?

I got the latest version 3.9.9.9.9.3 running, but I only see a couple Japanese subs as choices? I thought the mod was supposed to have quite a few more? Are you saying I need Keltos subs also, they aren't included in the download? It's working great, haven't had one crash but I find I have to put a lot of fish usually into ships(5 into a tanker for example) and wait quite long for them to sink as well the deck gun takes forever! I have all the easy settings on. Thanks for the help and can't wait to try the full Japanese Campaign when finished!
