Links have not a long life on Internet.
Use a Searchmachine on the Internet, like Google:
https://www.google.com/

or any other Searchmachine you like, but restrict the Search by appending "site:subsim.com" to restrict the Search to Subsim.

The Keywords i told you was:
kendras open flag.dat site:subsim.com

Put this above line into Google and you will find:
https://www.subsim.com/radioroom/sho...d.php?t=231100

On my Last Search it was the third Link provided by Google.
I recomment read the whole Thread. In Post #2 there you will find how to "repair" your file.


Generaly i have no idea what "DF Antenna UpDn, Flag & Pennants Final V2" is. All i can say is "GWX_DFa-Flag+Pens_2010.7z" works for me, even i do not use GWX v3.0.

works with GWX v3.0 as intended without any changes!

Tested today with unmodified(!) GWX v3.0.

So i can say: If it does not work, GWX v3.0 is _not_ used.

Please note: it works in a small radius in Port. When all Seamen looking to Port.
