  Maduro has accused the cruise ship 'Resolution' to have "violated" VN waters, and ramming the VN ship. Not much sense here. But wait, it is a conspiracy.. the US has tasked the (disguised as german) US ship to land mercenaries and eavesdrop on VN broadcasts. Or something like that..
