[REL] Soviet Stalingrad Class Battlecruiser

I tried this and installed it using the JSGME, I got it in the sim and selected a mission.
The ship appeared but partly submerged, I selected to surface the boat but nothing happened.
It fired it's guns and the torpedo rockets worked, on selecting the speed it was going very slow, possibly because it was partly submerged I'm guessing.

I used the 5.4 version, is that correct, any ideas please?

forgot to add, I tried the Battleship Kreml as well but that didn't show.
