The DVD fix is this one. How To Re-Install A SH5 DVD Following Uplay’s Update Instructions For TWoS Players > Pictorial Changing the SH5.exe will not make any difference as it is the DVD one the same as you have installed. This fix needs a different game launcher. The missing hud is a game installation problem or the L key has been pressed. Peter
