I have only one SSD inside my pc, so actually SH5 is installed on C:

The installer of TWos crashes directly after launching.

I have downloaded ist for about 10 times, changed the compatibility options and also i tried to start it by Admin , but nothing helped.
I have no idea what`s the Problem is .

I really don't remember that anyone has reported anything similar...

No idea mate...Can you try to extract the exe with winrar/winzip or 7zip?

I extracted it!

Do I just throw it in the Folder of SH5 and run the JSGME ?

Extract everything to your main Silent Hunter 5 folder (overwrite and replace) and continue from step 2 of install instructions. Install contained DirectX as well...

Still, I don't understand why you couldn't run self extracting archive...
