I changed both these lines in the submarine UPC file:
MaxPettyOfficers=XX ; max number of crewmembers over rank 4 MaxOfficers=XX ; max number of crewmembers over rank 7 And these lines in the ActiveUserPlayerUnits UPC file: MaxOfficers=XX MaxPettyOfficers=XX And it still says I'm at the maximum number. Any ideas?
