I could be remembering wrong

Some years ago the Swedish government introduced a "computer license" because the government said that those who own a computer could also see SVT on this equipment.

Some years later the High court overruled this law-saying that a computer wasn't build to watch tv like a TV itself.

Swedish license office had to repay about 70 million back to those who owned a computer(can remember exact wording)
