[TEC] SH5 Singleplay Campaign Progress - Workaround

I, like many others, had the tonnage bar glitch and a failed campaign transfer. I followed the guide to the letter, pasted the files (3 in my case) into the proper directory, popped into the game and nothing. Tried 3 more times, nothing.

I observed that the Coastal Waters campaign repeated itself, along with the mission selection glitch (which doesn't start if you normally start Coastal Waters). Almost as if the campaign starts over again... So I overwrote the files once more but kept them open to see how they'll change.
And I got results. Whenever I overwrite the files, by a force of nature, black magic or at the behest of the Old Gods, the NameId of the campaign, which at the start was Happytimes40, reverts back to TotalGermany39. Weird.

I do have OH II installed along with some other mods, i'll try the procedure without those on and get back with my findings. Shame such a wonderful game is plagued by such game-breaking bugs.
