A little update, just did as you said, everything worked fine out of Kiel, right up until i closed down on Heligoland, where the game crashed again. Could it be my TC thats screwing it up? *EDIT* Yes, it seems to have been the TC, lowered it a bit and worked now! Thank you guys, this is why i love Subsim

Dont be so sure that TC is to be blamed. Messing up with .sim files during campaign (like hydro RPM mod) can sometimes broke the game and only reinstall could help in this case. Also why did you add mods which are already contained within the modpack ?!

To be on a safe side you should once more check install instruction and tips , reinstall the game from scratch and start new campaign. Everything else is shoot in a dark...

DO NOT mod your game if you are not sure what you're doing...
That's the whole point of megamods like TWoS...

It seems to be fine now, havent had a crash, whilst doing everything i did when it crashed before. And Vdr, to be honest idk, it seems i forgot they were in TWOS, i feel kinda stupid now XD But thx for the help everyone and good hunting!
