Yes it does.
Those 2 Aircraft have the same issue for the wrong winged rondals. I'm still looking at the zone for the floating down issue reported. I use to be much quicker at solving issues like this but Real Life is a beatch right now.  Plus traveling around the world and beating testers who failed their jobs eats a lot of time!  All that is needed is to change the parent of the rondals. S3D will do that quickly. I could do it and issue an Official GWX fix if Jimbuna approves it. He's still the Chief of the Boat.
