need help with OHII v.2.5 Clarifications please (Edited)

Thanks Def. The manual is integrated into OH II v. 2.5

The "one torp one ship" is a powered up cheat. One torp and down she goes. There is a second version of this mod that is less powerful. OH II v. 2.5 also has a mod that gives T1's more "ump" providing you place your mark on the weakest part of the ship. It is conceivable to sink a large tanker with one torpedo if you know where to hit it. I have been successful many times, but with the tanker I angled a bow shot, and down she went.
