isn't aussie rules just a bastardization of gaelic football?
i heard aussie Murry Olds (spelling?) on radio sport, saying that MLB in aussie went down like the Hindenburg. I'm not surprised, baseballs natural equivelant down under is called cricket, and they're good at it too. Mind you, im surprised soccer has taken off so well in the states.
