WELCOME
TO
SUBSIM!

Unlike Silent Hunter 5, it doesn't matter wether or not you get SH4 from Steam or not (I'd recommend getting the Steam version). As for mods, take your pick.
  • Trigger Maru Overhauled
  • Real Fleet Boat ( partially made by LukeFF, a Rise of Flight tester)
  • Cold Warriors Steel Sharks (Cold War subs)
  • Battle for the Baltic (Russian campaign, unfortunately it's hard to find and all the links to patches are broken)
  • We Dive At Dawn (Royal Navy operations)
  • My upcoming Japanese campaign mod (with the Jyunsen B mod a neccessary install for it to work)

BTW, I like DCS too, but IL2 will always be my one true love.

Thanks guys, hopefully I can start figuring out how to sub this week. So cybermat thanks for letting me know the steam version should be solid. I have been looking at mods for a while and I narrowed it down to rfb or tmo. I read a post claiming rfb was aimed more towards realism so I'm leaning towards that alongside run silent run deep.
