no it wasn't there all along, I found it in my old mods files and uploaded it there yesterday for you and anyone else that may have been looking for it.

this is why I tell people to download every mod out there you can find and save it on disk somewhere. even if you don't want it or use it.

it can also be useful later on when creating your own mods for learning how to make changes to some files.

having a data base of all the mods also enables you to have them if you want to try them at a later date or share the mod with someone that might be trying to find it. mods get lost over time and modders come and go so things get lost forever if you don't think ahead and save them.
