TV licence fee excuses revealed

Wow! They're taking your friend to court because he won't let them search his home for something they don't have probable cause or even reasonable suspicion, let alone actual evidence, to say he possesses?

errrrrrrr.....No.
Cause, suspicion and evidence are all present.
Which is why they knocked on his door in the first place.
It isn't what he possesses, it is what he doesn't possess, in fact it is two things that he doesn't possess which caused his problems, and neither of the two things which caused his problem is a TV or lack of a TV.
