I just don't like anything to do with DRM.

It goes for any sim...but I was interested in this particular game...

Bugs and DRM.... I'll pass...

Well we all here hate DRM, I'm quite sure of that. But I don't see why certain games are not entitled to have one?

If you want nature and green and all that, play The Hunter. Visually and in quality it is lightyears ahead. You can let yourself getting invited to visit all six reserves now in MP, though you can only hunt one species in one of these. But it is a great way to check all places to see what you are getting.

Stay away from the sim you first mentioned. There is better opportunity out there to throw your money after.

I, too, would recommend Farming Simulator 2013. I've been playing it for a while now. The modding community is huge. There's mods for just about every aspect of the game. The vanilla game is fine, too. It doesn't have many bugs, and it's quite detailed. Since Farming Sim 2011 has even more mods. Some of the work the modders put out is amazing. And, of course, you have the flipside. There's some pretty crappy mods out there, too. I would recommend FS-UK. That site is like the Subsim of the Farming Simulator series.

Here's a few screenshots from FS 2013. I don't have any shots while using mods. I can grab some sometime if interested, though. I was hooked on FS2011 and now I'm hooked on FS2013.

Cultivating the field in my Case 600 Steiger to prepare to plant corn.

Loading round bales onto the trailer in my Deutz-Fahr K430.

Harvesting barley in my Deutz-Fahr 7545 RTS combine.

More barley harvesting. This time the AI helper is driving the combine and I am in the Case 600 QuadTrack collecting the grain so the helper can continue uninterrupted.

I was using the Deutz-Fahr 7250 to chop corn into silage to feed the cows.
