See, inside the red circle, when mousing on end of blue line, i don't have the blue circle appearing anymore, nor the little blue dot...

I still can't duplicate your issue on my PC
However, these are paths to folders which you probably had changed data\Menu\Gui\Shapes data\Terrain\LocationMaps\ShapeTextures have a look at these files more closely, maybe some files were corrupted.. PS: but I don't see mods in your list which would update these folders

BTW how do you use large maps tools and don't use IO Strategic Map?
have you enabled this option in OptionsEditorViewer? maybe this is reason this option requires IO Strategic Map to be enabled too..
