H.sie's patch works just fine for me. I think the Focus CD is probably the best for patching, because it is the 'cleanest' version around. Why not just reinstall the whole game from the Focus CD, make several back-up copies immediately of the Focus SH3.exe file, then try to use H.sie's patch again? Good luck!
