Info: Downloads, Bonus Mods, & daily allowed download amount

Hi,

I donated a few days ago through PayPay, received the "thanks for joining" email but I can't get into the bonus mods section.

I donated on $5 1/30 through paypal and got access to the bonus mods no problem. I however don't have access to the bonus mods forum and have not had my download limit increased to First Officer level. It maybe because I simply backed into it. I was trying to download GWX Gold, it said to donate so I donated. I didn't do it through the paid subscribers page.

If you could adjust my status accordingly I would appreciate it. I can give you the paypal transaction info if u need it.

Hi Steve, yes, that was what was holding it up, I think. You should be good to go now. Are you "coralsage"? If you could, PM me the email address that your donation went through, so I can make sure you are on my thank you list for goodies like attack sub fridge magnets.

I just donated and uploaded a custom avatar but it is showing both default avatar and my custom avatar so how do others remove the default avatar after uploading the custom one.

Yes sir, when one adds a custom avatar, a custom title is also required. Glad you got it squared away.

Here you can access your avatar, profile pic, and Custom Title (or as we like call it, rank) options.

If you elect to upload a custom avatar, please be sure to Edit Details and add a Custom Title. Otherwise your account will have two avatars, one of which is the stock avatar.

Members may upgrade their account and choose custom avatars here

I have do donation.
After donation, it want make do a paypal to me.
but i don't want (i have pay with a visa).
an have closed page.
the payment was do, i'm sure because myself have recharged money on card this morning and now they don't be in card.
The donation was for first officer.
The Visa was of my sister.
i must use for payment the e mail of my sister, because my e mail have a paypal but there is no money.
I can't also download.

Dear SubSim,

I received a notice saying that my donation period is up and that an automatic renewal with occur. Now I have no problem with that, and I would love to renew my captaincy, but I'm worried that the auto payment may come out of an account that could be closed. (We had a lot of Credit Card fraud with our accounts this year, so our bank had to issue us new cards).

I don't know how to access my payment info with you guys. Can someone please point me in the right direction so that I can see if all the i's are dotted and t's crossed? Thanks
