No snow here yet. But we're usually the last to get it. It's been trying but not enough to settle.

I notice on the link a car ended up like a land rover you once claim to have driven

You weren't the car driver as well were you?

10 cm?!?!

We have already received close to 100 cm since winter started, more than enough to take the snowmobiles out...

I was the passenger in the Land Rover, not the driver.

It would be so bad if idiots didn't drive at 2mph, I know you should slow down quite a bit and brake early but less than walking pave is just taking the proverbial.

We got like 1-2 inches. Supposed to be the same 4 inches "heavy snow". Seems there's more moving in though, judging from the radar...

Good lord, it only takes a handfull of leaves to derail the trains around here. Think I know what the big story will be on tomorrow's news.

Having resided in your country for more than three years I must concur

Melting fast here, not what I call real snow at all just a load of rubbish making out its snow. Years ago we got real snow deep and a swine to budge but this stuff is cheap and nasty, sort of rubbish you buy in a pound shop.

Budget snow, what do you expect in a recession?

1963, now that was full grade quality snow.

Clearly not the £1 shop or the 99p shop, must be the 98p shop.

Got to admit before the rain came along to rid us of the ice the backstreets around here were dangerous. Funny going up to my town centre it was like a different world as the council swept all the snow & ice away. Going back home was like taking a trip back to the ice age.

The following image has no relevance to this thread, but it made me giggle.
