Crew Management - a question

I couldn't stand the stock version fatique, so now I'm using Jasons 24h Holl for fatique, with only slight changes done by me.

Qualifications / promotions:

Ranks in the game are not modelled with care, but I can live with that. Qualifications are ok, but it would be nice if officers had somewhat different combinations for qualifications. I mean, no combination Engines - Artillery - Medic for example. Maybe Engines - Mechanics - Controls, that sounds much better for me. Well, that's easy to mod. so I did it.
