All sounds are located in data--> sounds.
For example: C/Program files/Ubisoft/Silent Hunter 4/Data/Sound/. some of them are WAV, some are OGG and in gramophone folder you can put an Mp3 file with bitrate not higher than 128Kbps. If you want them in Mp3 format then download a converter. Good luck i hope i helped.
