Getting the sounds out of SH4

I would like to get some of the sounds out of the game for an audio story i'm making. I need these files in mp3 or .wav format. If this is already available i'd love a link to it.

All sounds are located in data--> sounds.
For example:
C/Program files/Ubisoft/Silent Hunter 4/Data/Sound/.
some of them are WAV, some are OGG and in gramophone folder you can put an Mp3 file with bitrate not higher than 128Kbps.
If you want them in Mp3 format then download a converter.
