Wow, you're cool. I loved the Torinos, even the latter model ones with the smog motors. I had a 70 Cobra Torino, a 72 Gran Torino Sport (like the Clint Eastwood movie) and a 75 Gran Torino Starsky & Hutch edition.

Wish I still had them, now you cannot get a decent Torino for less than $20,000.

ofc I didn't have all that fancy spoilers and indicators in the wing mirrors.A pretty good car but very expensive in maintenance.

First car, though in a worse state then shown in this pic when I got it (but with the same dull grey, hehe). Put a lot of work into. Back then I had a friend with a garage, which made the upkeep pretty easy. Sadly I had to sell it when I moved. But the heck, I was the star of every parking lot.

I don't have any memorable cars...I've only had three under my name since I got my license, two of those are the same model and make.
my first car was a 1993 Eagle Summit with a 5 speed standard. I made a point to get a standard shift car as my first.
This isn't MY car...mine was a darker grey in the body color but it was in about this same 'going-to-fall-apart-any-second' condition

Then I drove a white 1992 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme SL for a while. it had a 3.1 liter V6, and one night I hit a patch of Black Ice and sideswiped a telephone pole less than 200 yards from my house. I held the hood and cried waiting for my dad to spot me out of the ditch. I'll admit that I loved that car.
I went back to the Eagle for a while, then, something incredible hhappened...I got anoter Olds. This one was better, a 1995 model with a 3.4 liter DOHC, in this shade of red. I tore apart the 1992 to fix everything on it. I've replaced the entire cooling system, fixed the drivers side door handle which broke off, the rear brakes corroded and I replaced them with the help of my dad. I replaced the starter by myself, the front struts were broken when we got it, we replaced those, dad and I. believe it or not it still drive it after I picked it up with 375,000 miles on the Odometer

EDIT: Forgot to add the irony...Right after I got the new Olds, I bought an air freshener for it. The name of the scent? Black Ice.

My first car was a 1990 Mazda 323.

Mine was white though. Nothing special but a nice car.

Now I have it's bigger brother a 1992 Mazda 323f in the same colour as the one below.

No photos are mine, but the colours are the same!

First car - Citroen Pallas, like this one but with doors and wheel arches trimmed with iron oxide. Radio where the handbrake should be, handbrake where the radio should be, pneumatic suspension though which was fun with three height settings, and a cranking handle for those flat battery days!

Followed by Ford Escort:

Then Fiat X1/9 Bertone (great in the dry, suicidal in the rain!), and ran an Aprilia RS125 Extrema (the only new vehicle I've ever bought):

Till I wrecked the X1/9 and my mate wrote off the RS125 - he then gave me his...

Ford Escort XR3i Cabriolet:

This is probably my most favourite car that I've had, I put on a K&N induction filter, 3" exhaust, Greenstuff drilled and grooved disks and pads and a set of Recaro Seats from an RS Turbo, set of white dials. Had it rolling road tested when it was ten years old and it was pushing out 105 BHP, stock new was 103

. Sold it to some girl who within two weeks had rammed it into another car

Then I had to become a bit more civilised with a Peugeot 406, which was the best equipped car I've had, and did me proud with regard to reliability (I put on 100k miles in less than three years with only the occasional oil/filter/plugs/leads changed) - until the cam-belt snapped and valves met pistons and I sold it on the ebay to three Czech guys who lived in Germany!!!

Downhill now to Rover 420:

And finally, the wife and I share two cheap, tiny cars that I get no pleasure from whatsoever, Ford Ka and Nissan Micra:
