Here we go then (large-ish images to follow)
First start by frying onions and mushrooms in butter with garlic, paprika and parsley and oregano  Cook your sausages and burgers Then place cheese over the top and grill until melted.  Stack it all up into one big heart attack on a plate  Slice it in two with your bastard sword! If you don't have a bastard sword a kitchen knife will do  Ponder how the hell you're going to fit it in your mouth Preferably with a low quality camera to show you pondering such things  Enjoy!
