I actually introduced IXC/40 from the SH-3 in SH-4,all works great!
Can you make this available for download? I've been looking for this boat in SH4v1.5 for some time.

Does the Snorkel Work on this model?

Hi privateer!

I am surprised by your question?
I can not put someone else's work under his own name ...

All my credit that I have shown that IXC/40 working in SH-4!

Default Spoils of war

Texturing as at submarines (not serviced by crew and service team) captured by americans - not good idea...

Kurfürst

I think, you are mistaken...
These submarines were not serviced by crew (and service team) not less than several months... and one or two subs have been flooded and then have been raised from shoal... may be...

Hi Anvart,

guess you´re mixing up some facts!

U-805 surrendered on the 12th of May to the USS Otter and USS Varian.
U-805 was escorted by these two destroyers to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The boat surrendered while on patrol and in US waters, the pictures had been taken on May 18th.

U-858 received the order to surrender on May 4th.
U-858 met USS Carter and USS Muir on May 9th.
On may 14th U-858 reached Cape May, the picture had been taken there.

The boats had been serviced by their original German crews until they had been taken over by the Americans. Because they reached the operational areas submerged, using the "Schnorchel", the boats looked that worn out.

Visit www.uboatarchive.net to find out more about these Uboats!

Beste Grüsse, Kurfürst
