ah ok, thats certainly far more than enough to run the game properly.

i used to play on an old laptop that was borderline requirements and would have some silly issues with things like this

remove grain effect

I'm not sure what the 'remove grain effect' is but the other two should be okay.

Disable the grain mod and cross yer fingers

Failing that it could be low system specs....don't recall what yours are I'm afraid.
