The first thing that came to my mind was "This has to be some kind of trick question". Upon reading what it was we were supposed to be thinking I thought "This has to be some kind of trick answer", as the brief moment it took me to read the question was one of the few times I wasn't thinking about sex.

However, if we accept the premise that 1+2=3 in a reproductive sense, and ignoring the fact that that is totally ridiculous, I've got some more. See if you can figure out what they are

1) 1 / 2 = 2

2) 1+2 = 2

3) 1+0 = 1

4) 1+1 = 1

5) 1+7 = 21

6) 1+2 = 0

I'll post the answers later.

woman + man = baby

What if it was twins? 1+2+3+3 = 9? The equation only really works with one situation.

I sense some religious implications, especially with 5 and 6. But I don't want to get started on the subject so I'll let someone else answer first.
