I thought: why are there quote marks around the numbers?

Actually my first thought was that the numbers, being in quotes, would be considered strings. If so the answer was wrong.

Maybe because the numbers are within inverted commas they are ascii values, therefore the answer would be 99 not "3"! However 99 is "c", the third letter in the alphabet!!:D

It makes me think of the beauty and purity of numbers. We give names to numbers so we can understand them, but the numbers themselves are perfect, and never wrong. I suck at math but I love the logic of numbers themselves.
