Never really liked how overhyped Halo was. I do admit the first game was good, but the next two were just more of the same. ODST and Wars just seemed like spin offs to me.

Never played the first Half-Life, but I'm going through the second and its episodes. And I agree, the last few Halo games were hyped up and loaded with praise, and I was expecting more from ODST's campaign. (I thought they'd have something more epic, but instead we get to run around an empty city for 6 hours )
