I also understand that sometimes things can get missed so a patch is required but if it is promised on a certain time then it should be delivered. I'm a patient kind of guy so I can understand the fact that maybe something came up at the last minute last time but for it to happen again is either one of the following:
Incompetence
contempt for the customer
or both

In no other business on Earth would this kind of service be acceptable, it is as simple as that
Are those really the only two possibilites that you can think of?

Really?

Well basically, yeah. There may be variations of those but they still come down to those two

Mmmmh, wait just a minute, so they have decided to make ONE good and polished patch to finish the game as it should have been when released ?

Let me think about it ... this will take months !!

Why not release a stable 1.2.5 patch this week along a list of known remaining issues.
So we "casual testers" can actualy help with more feedback for a next 1.3.5 patch rather than staying here without any informations on what's going on.

Personnaly I would be more than happy to help you guys out, I feel so lonely and useless and also I hate waiting in the dark not knowing where I am going?

If that is not possible, please be at least more communicative with us poor lonesome kaleuns.

Anyway keep up the good work.

No matter about the new release date (one two or three weeks from now). That's the perfect way to loose customers. I don't understand why they released the game in march.
I seriously would have preferred to wait until may and have a better game, instead of being strung along by ubisoft delay after delay.
For the future i really hope that a REAL developer/publisher will make another subsim, we can only take advantage from a little competition.

Gotta agree, I'm pretty sure we'd all run screaming from UBI if we had a better alternative - better as in "hey guys, let's sell you something that looks and acts a bit more like a finished product". Would UBI release a game as unfinished as SH5 if they had any competition? I doubt it. So is customer care at the top of their priority list? Hardly.

As is, UBI's product is all we have, so they can pretty much do what they like, and we're left with this state of affairs, where people are either raging, losing interest, or conjuring up soothing excuses for what is basically an unacceptable state of affairs.

Personnaly, I am fed up with all of this !

Going back to Silent Hunter 3 ... err wait ... no it's too ugly

Going to play Assassin Creed 2 which is a blast and bug free, just have to ask Leonardo DaVinci to build me an Uboat.
Should do the trick.

See ja on next week guys !
