1st one: Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support centre. Below is a summary of your request and our response.

We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 48 hours.

Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you.

next one: We have not heard from you concerning your request for support in the 48 hours since we sent you a response. Consequently, we have changed the status of your question to SOLVED.

Those were mails returned from UBI after their server break downs.
Now how about my compensation

Eh, hopefully they don't cost 2 moral points to cast.

probably a DLC parrot on his shoulder for our pirate onboard and a optional wooden leg.

I got mine... it was an add-on life raft to strap to my conning tower to increase my chances of survival when my crew refuses to follow my orders to FIGHT!!!

I did receive an e-mail and got Prince of Persia.... but I wrote them before to tell them that I had that problem.

2nd one: We could not find out why you could not log onto our servers. There for we compensate by removing the DRM from your copy of the software. Please do not spread this solution to others.....

Oh I got an email from Ubisoft... There offered me a free game, but neither rone really tickled my fancy.
I never even complained to them either.....

If this is the compensation email we're talking about here, then yeah, I got this one about a month ago. Not really interested in those games offered, though.

Hehe I got the exact response, guess they used copy/paste ALOT during the only-5%-got-affected-but-all-servers-were-down period

And, no pirate hats or any other compensation, I can even accept a patch to fix the most critical bugs as compensation
