You can try adjusting the gamma from the video preferences.

I got the same problem, using an LCD.
Cannot find a gamma setting that is suitable for both day and night.
Guess I'll look for those sunglasses

been playing a while and felt like you at first, nights are too bright/clear, then today i intercepted a convoy at night and it was pretty dark. Reloaded that save and it seems too bright again. ugh..

If the game doesn't have your preference, just adjust your LCD's settings.

Of course, it's possible.

But my question is about the possibility to change one ou some value (in a cfg file for example) to make the night darker.

Maybe there is no parameter for this, maybe there is one. I don't know. it's why my question

How dark it is depends on where you are and of course the weather. But up north it will be lighter due to the midnight sun.
