It´s good to hear that this Problem has no relevation to your MOD !

It was the SingleMission from SquareSteelBar (see Post # 34), but I have don´t notice me the date of Mission ! When this is important for you, I can load the Mission today in the evening again !
Sorry, but your SingleMission don´t work ! When I load this Mission, my Boat lying on land (not in water) and after a few seconds I become the message that the Boat is destroyed and the Mission ends !

Open a mission file (*.mis) by text editor (by notepad) and look section [Mission]...

Because i have created mission (in port) in GWX environment, but you play using WAC mod... These mods have different terrains... i think...
Start ..\SilentHunterIII\Sh3MissionEditor.exe (mission editor), then press button with open-folder icon (on tool bar with tip "Open"), load ..\SilentHunterIII\data\SingleMissions\English\Adj ustment\Adjustment.mis
into mission editor... then find submarine, then zoom in and move submarine on water in Harbor (in port)... then save mission ...

May be reason in discrepancy of dates...
Try to change Year=1945, Month=5, Day=5 in mission file...
or reason in Basic.cfg...
