why not use a state of the UBoat to control whatever the object is vice using a command (keystroke)?
i.e.: InHarborNeutral or InHarbor That way you don't have to remember to 'control' the object - it's done for you. |

You were late with councils more than on 1.5 years...  Flag, for what? You can up/down flag at any time when you want... But pennants up/down only InHarbor (and InHarborNeutral)... ...only not to you to speak to me about it...
