Thanks, but that tells me how to get it working with a crack. I asked if anyone had managed to get it working without a crack.

Edit:
It sounds, from the second link you added, like some people did get it working. And some didn't, even after following the instructions. One thing is for sure: everyone had hassle with it. I for one won't miss it.
