Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's the German Naval Academy.

Isn't that where ALL the officers had their training? If so, graduating from there is hardly worth noting in his bio.

Yes but Onkel Karl "likes" this one so of course it is worth mentioning.

Actually the reference to Donitz and One Eye's father is what made me chuckle.
