It could be a suicide. Maybe he was writing "fed up" and just didn't quite finish.....

True. Was there a chair under him? Ladder? Other shoe prints? If his hands were tied then suicide would be under great scrutiny. Welcome to the 'sketchy at best' reporting so far. I guess that is why the media always say...developing.
