If you read the story they are unsure as to wether or not this was homicide or suicide so the jury is still out.

Looks like a textbook lynching. If I were to hang myself, I wouldn't go writing "subsimmer" on my chest before I did.

It looks like a lynching indeed, but weirder suicides have happened. Don't consider it a likely scenario, but it is a possibility.

You have this text book? From what I understand he was in a neigborhood that has meth labs and other assorted drug activity. Fed comes to your door as you are making you meth what would you do?

True. Was there a chair under him? Ladder? Other shoe prints? If his hands were tied then suicide would be under great scrutiny. Welcome to the 'sketchy at best' reporting so far. I guess that is why the media always say...developing. :hmmm:
