Even the PSI does not allow that. Even the latest UNSC resolution 1874 does not allow that either. Besides you know the first North Korean ship to leave port will be totally clean as to make a big public stink about piracy on the high seas. __________________ abusus non tollit usum - A right should NOT be withheld from people on the basis that some tend to abuse that right.
