Irfanview will convert to tga format. Its a freeware program. I like to use it for thumbnails and slideshows. All you have to do is open the jpg file and then save as a tga(Truevison Targa) file.

I was wrong about Paint. Converted mine with Paintshop Pro. Looks great!

Otto, can't you just rename the file and upload it? So we can rename it back to .tga
