Crew Management Background mod
 

Just a simple alternative to the stock crew management background. The textures used edited from stock SH3 files.

My pic host doesn't allow tga files so you need to convert the jpg image to tga format. I don't have an account yet at Filefront.

After converting the file to a tga. First backup or rename the stock file BackPap2.tga

Then add this file to the folder SH3\data\Menu\Data\

What program do you use to convert the jpeg to tga?

You could use irfanview or something...

Actually Microsoft Paint will do the job I think.

Irfanview will convert to tga format. Its a freeware program. I like to use it for thumbnails and slideshows. All you have to do is open the jpg file and then save as a tga(Truevison Targa) file.

I like the rustic look you gave it.:) Gives it that antiquated feel.

I was wrong about Paint. Converted mine with Paintshop Pro. Looks great!:rock:

Otto, can't you just rename the file and upload it? So we can rename it back to .tga
