[REL] Env-combi: FINAL VERSION

I'm trying out your version 2 and I must say that i like it.

Never before have I noticed,on any other env mod,the moonlight effect on a sub.

If you don't mind some suggestions.
Could it be possible to tone down the brightness of the moonlight on the u-boot and crew.It's weird, looking from external view, in a dark night at your shining vessel.
Too bright for my taste.
At heavy overcast nights there is no moon in the sky(well there is but covered with clouds),the moonlight effect is still illuminating my boat.

I think that the idea with moonlight is great but needs a little more work to be perfect.
