[REL]Docked Arado Seaplane

This is just a very small "eye-candy" mod to include in one's German harbour ports. It enables one to place an Arado float plane docked on the sea in port.

There are two skinned versions included in this mod. The folder "new Arado"
is to be used with GWX and the folder "old Arado" should be used with stock or any of the other major mods.
