How to get rid of the text "Game paused"??

Hi everyone!
I know there is a sharp brain out there somewhere
How can I remove the text "Game paused"!?!
I saw a post in here about it , but it doesn't work
The instruction say this ;

Go into your "Program Files\Ubisoft\SilenthunterIII\data\main " directory,
and open up the file in there called "en_menu.txt" .
And at line "90" you will see the "Game Paused" string .
Delete the text , but leave the bit says "90=" , save
the file , and that's it , no more "Game Paused" text in the game .

I must have did something wrong here but what:hmm:
I followed the instruction very carefully .
If anyone could help me with this one , I will be glad:p
